The Fall of Wade Redden

"Wade, I don't want a hug. The Penguins are on the PP and you're screening me." ~ Henrik Lundqvist

According to the New York Posts' Larry Brooks, Wade Redden will be made a healthy scratch for tonight's game versus the Islanders. Poor New York. There are still four more years and $23 million left on Wade's contract. When asked to comment on his benching, Wade handled it like he was waiting for the puck to be dropped on a faceoff -- by staring blankly, blinking once or twice and then nervously twitching his head. How the mighty have fallen.

On an unrelated note -

Most of the people I grew up with who went on to abuse hard drugs for the past 10-12 years are also not having great success in their careers these days.

12 years ago I speculated that Tiger was taking a secret undetectable Euro Roid distributed in N.A. through Canada but the speed is the real brain burner!

Torts is my kinda asshole. "Hey Brooksie, Fuck Off!" "Brooksie, we know what we did, we know what we did. (We shit the bed) Now Fuck Off!"
"We can't start a game like that. There'll be changes. Now Brooksie, Fuck Off!"
No one handles the media better than Torts. Tell em like it is. And oh yeah Brooksie, Fuck Off!

That's award winning stuff, Torts.
Love it.
