Groundhog Daze For Print Media

An early morning glance at the Sun had me wondering if I had fallen asleep only to wake up the same day that had just passed, sorta like that bad Billy Murray movie about the hibernating rodent (Groundhog Day not Caddyshack). I read through a Bruce Garrioch article which seemed very similar to something I had seen somewhere before, I just couldn't put my finger on it. Then it hit me. Yesterday was in fact yesterday after all! I had read it on this very blog! In fact, Graeme and I had discussed all these things together yesterday at length between my Windows Vista crashes.

Here's what the 6th Sens and the Sun shared. Roll call:

1. Ruutu and Tocchet nonsense - Check.
2. Brian Murray USA Today article recap - Check.
3. Bozak - Partial Check (Graeme discussed his teammate Patrick Wiercioch instead).
4. Alfie for Masterton - Miss for 6th Sens.
5. Jim O'Brien - Check.
6. Erik Karlsson - Partial Check (Graeme discussed fellow Swede Mattias Karlsson instead).

I realize there is only so much news on off days (everyone enjoys referencing that stupid playoff percentage page these days - I personally would rather inject asbestos into my brain than see that website again), but man, maybe you're not the oracle of bullshit Graeme, but perhaps the oracle of news.

Oh print media, how you run a race you can just simply cannot win.
